C-IED : The bursts simulators TTS KER – ECU/RAS

ECU	CIGAR-BLIND (Flash-bang)	RAS

The devices making up the kit KER (ECU / RAS) to simulate the outbreak of "IED" (flash-bang) with simultaneous location of the hit tactical car.

The unit ECU (Explosion Control Unit), which is derived from MES, consists of a small suitcase , easily camouflaged and is a variant of the unit-specific alternative and MES in the function of employment with the activation kit " IED". 

The devices, which is powered by a battery with its self-contained computer, can receive a radio command that feeds coded sequentially up to five terminals to trigger off an outbreak resulting in a lighter and tricks like "Flash- bang" such as "IED" training "CIGAR-BLIND"

The unit RAS (Remote Alarm Station) consists of a small laptop bag that is usually  positioned on the bonnet of the tactical car, together with the outbreak of the "IED" are activated when the van passes on the road, with three active devices which are selected (FUM triggers a smoke, a siren, a flashing power).

The purpose of activation is to provide an inside view into the tactical car which has been "hit" in order to implement all the operational procedures set out in the protocol on the reactions in case of "IED incident."

There are flashes of the ALR for the RAS units , and passive sensors switch SPI for the ECU, which determines the bursting of the "IED" at the passage of the first tactical car in convoy.
