The basic System TTS consists of a control unit TCU (Transmitter Control Unit), of moving target stations PTS (Pop-up Target Station), numerically flexible, and its enemy fire simulators FSU (Firing Simulator Unit)
The handling of individual targets is performed through a pneumatic system that allows a dynamic and very responsive pop-up system with no running costs and maintenance, with absolutely no electric motors or mechanical devices. The autonomy of each canister is 400/350 cycles of pop-up systems and its replacement is made in 10 seconds. The charge, with a specific compressor, is made in 2 min. |
The control unit TCU, which accompanies each specific target group of stations, consists of a portable console and allows the management of the TTS System. The data is transmitted via a radio frequency of 433 MHz with a codified and protected system. The controls are simplified for use (appearance or disappearance of the silhouettes of the target stations PTS) with advanced or automated options.
A MFS (Multi-Functional System) allows in particular miscellaneous selections of training PTS following commands, for all or part, in the area
|
The target stations PTS consist of portable briefcases size and weight devices that makes it easier to camouflage and can be deployed in various configurations, in any area indoors or outdoors. The PTS is designed to be used with flexibility and durability in all environmental conditions to make Pop-up training. |
These targets have the unique ability to operate using live fire weapons with ammunition of any calibre, Simunition ®, SecuriBlank ® and other (a sensor adjusts the sensitivity to the impact) or using guns equipped with laser transmitters in any lighting condition. The connection of special silhouettes laser targets automatically switches the reaction and control system (System B & L- Laser and Bullet).
THE ACCESSORIES OF FUNCTION
Mainly consist of a series of devices that complete the autonomy of the entire system to facilitate functional use.
KUP (Standing man target kit)
This device is utilizable with every target stations and is constituted by a container to block the case and by an angled staff to hold the target. The appearing of the target from behind an obstacle happens by lateral movement (either from the right or the left). |
BSC (Spare gas canisters) KMC (Multicharged kit canisters) |
HCE- HCP (Portable compressor)
It is a portable compressor at high pressure to act full canisters of PTS units. The charging of the canister to 200 bar is permoed in approximately 2 minutes. The compressor is avaible either in electrical version (HCE) or the gas-driven (HCP) one. |
MBR (Multiple battery recharger)
It is a portable charger unit that is used to recharge the TTS System battery. For this purpose the device is fitted with 11 outputs charge 12 V which can be connected simultaneously PTS 10 stations and 1 control unit TCU. |
You can select 2 times and check the charging state of battery charge of each device connected. The power supply can be either 220V AC at 24 VDC.
KIL (Night lighting kit)
It connects to the station and allows PTS to illuminate the target in night training. The light is turned on when the target is in frontal or upward position and goes off as soon as the target is hit. The lamp is equipped with a specific elevation adjusting device to optimize the lighting direction on the different targets using a flashing red light, to simulate the emeny fire burst. |
KSP (Passage activation kit) Each target station can be fitted with this kit that activates the target by a passive ray sensor placed befor the training area. If someone walks in the sensor controlled zone, the sensor sends a radio signal to the PTS target station wich activates the targets. The use of this device is particularly suitable for simulation of ambushes, allowing you to bring up more targets in the same training area. |
FSU (fire simulator)
The FSU unit is an acoustic simulator of the enemy firing sound. It must be connected to the PTS mobile stations by its appropriate cable. Whenever the target pops-up, the simulator is activated, emitting acoustic sequence of shots. The sound stops when the target is hit. |
You can have several options of weapons types and messages resulting from the failure or delay in aiming, for example an audio message "target hit" when operating with the key targets of the exposure time.
Target silouhette
PTS target stations can be equipped with any type of target within the recommended size and weight.
In general, being "politically correct", the following targets are suggested standards (in accordance with instructions of the Italian Army (E.I.) for both the bullet version or the laser-equipped devices (MILES compatible).
